Perfectly Paired
INISGHT & IDEA: Recognizing many PwC hires started virtually and missed the nuanced benefits of office work, we created "Perfectly Paired" to highlight how in-person collaboration enhances work.
MY ROLE:

Co-created and pitched the campaign concept and tactics.

Led all design, storyboarded the video, and managed a team of three designers, an editor, and a writer.

Successfully repitched a hesitant client on a key tactic with a robust, business-outcome-driven rationale, securing a $15,000 budget increase.

KEY EXECUTIONS: Our launch campaign used intriguing static screens (canoes, Batman, beer) to disrupt communication and build anticipation, followed by an authentic launch video. To sustain engagement, we created a 30-Day Challenge: a gamified program incentivizing office visits with unique in-office tasks to boost interaction and FOMO.
IMPACT: The campaign achieved record engagement on PwC’s Intranet, including the highest video views ever recorded, with over 42% (3,000 employees) watching.
