PwC needed a campaign to communicate their return to office plans. With an audience built primarily of people that had been hired during the pandemic and never worked in office 5 days a week we needed something that would resonate with a younger audience while helping them to understand the benefits of being in office next to their colleagues. Enter Perfectly Paired a concept that impressed upon employees that they worked better in-person.

Launch Campaign: We started with intrigue to grab attention in an office already worn out by excessive communication. Our approach was authentic – no corporate buzzwords or talk of bottom lines. Instead, we focused on the human connection and disrupted the usual daily communications. Canoes? Batman? Beer? Why is my workplace showing me these? All to prove a point. The launch video debuted three days after the static screen campaign you see to the left.

30-Day Challenge: We created a 30-Day Challenge to keep engagement high and make going in more fun. Employees could earn company points by coming into the office for 30 days over two months, completing unique tasks only available on in-office screens, boosting interaction and creating a sense of FOMO.​

​

This campaign drew record engagement on PwC’s Intranet, including the highest number of views ever recorded on a video with over 42% or 3000 employees.​​
