Employee Giving Campaign

Intact Insurance was having trouble engaging their employees to participate in their Community Impact Program. To build interest, we focused on the unexpected charities that employees had worked for in the past. Hammering home the idea that you can take part in your own unique way, giving either money or time that would then be matched by the company. They just had to 'Count It'.

Posters were placed in the office of Intact and it's subsidiaries, providing a stark contrast to the usual brand ads that lived in those spaces. An online portal would also be rolled out where employees could get a custom email signature displaying their charity of choice and how they're participating in the 'Count It' program.
