Caseware, the leading global software provider for CPAs, auditors, risk and governance professionals, approached Livewire to help them brand and execute their first ever global conference. This wasn’t the only ‘first’ surrounding the event. The conference would be the first time employees would get together since the pandemic began. They’d see a new vision of tomorrow, get to know the new CEO and leadership team, and witness the big reveal of Caseware’s new brand identity.

Stage Design: Our event's focal point was a modular stage design that underwent a dramatic transformation from the previous Caseware aesthetic to the new one, coinciding with the re-brand's unveiling.
Video Work: Opening videos were made for each of the two event days. The day one video was for an internal employee audience. The day two video was created for an external audience, made up largely of distributors and customers.

Digital and In-Event Collateral:
We developed intuitive registration pages and an in-event app.
To generate excitement and intrigue, we launched our event brand and theme with a teaser video, released a month before the event.

Animated digital signage was created for various on-site applications, giving the event brand consistency across the venue.
​
Tech showcase booth designs were created to make dynamic spaces for collaboration and info-sharing.
