BMO needed help promoting their annual DE&I survey. While it's something that occurs every year, engagement numbers had dropped dramatically.

We wanted to encourage everyone to take the survey and identify themselves – to inspire them to take the time to understand what self-identifying means to them, to their peers, and to BMO.

By participating, employees are not only making their voices heard but also making room for other voices to be heard. We wanted to normalize self-identification at BMO to make the conversation easier, to build trust, and to foster a culture where everyone thrives no matter who they are.

Awareness Poster & Banner Concepts: One of the tactics proposed in our communication plan and creative platform was posters that featured DE&I ambassadors. They would tell their stories through videos and articles. These posters and intranet banners were their first introduction to employees.
